Hi there!! I'm Carol!
I am a full time Realtor in the greater Hinesville and Savannah areas of Coastal GA and currently hold an Associate Brokers License.
I started my career back when the market heavily favored buyers, worked through the covid years of a strong seller's market, and am still here now as yet another market unfolds before us. Working through the years has given me a great understanding of the ups and downs of the shifts, how each shift may affect my clients, and different angles for making offers and negotiating. I am well experienced working with single family homes, condos, townhomes, mobile homes, land, foreclosures, and investment properties.
I originally moved to Hinesville in 2009 as an Army Wife with my (now) Veteran husband. After 6 years reporting to Ft Stewart, we had fallen in love with Georgia and decided to make it our forever home.
A decade of active military life will teach you the stresses and demands of being a military family, wholly. I know first-hand that buying a home isn’t only about the market today but also what that investment will look like in a few years when you may need to leave it.
